Requirements

What will your day-to-day look like in this role?

You will code on top of our SaaS, so knowledge of PHP and frameworks (Laravel) is essential. Milestones are set as a team and development is carried out independently, with periodic meetings to align on deadlines and deliveries. You must be organized, resourceful and goal-oriented. On our side, there will be clear instructions and a properly defined work plan.

You will handle different functions, including updates through the CMS manager or HTML, CSS and JS; generation of authenticated REST API queries; and requirements analysis for new projects and features.

We are looking for people who work well in collaborative environments, and that is essential for us. In our offices we do not have private offices; departments and their teams are arranged in open spaces, which encourages communication and increases visibility into each person’s work.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of PHP (Laravel framework or similar, for modifications, incident resolution and new developments), CSS/HTML/Javascript/JQuery/Ajax.
• Basic command of GIT or similar for managing code repositories.
• Solid command of SQL.
• Database and terminal (command-line) handling.
• PHP queue management with REDIS.
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services.
• We will primarily consider your experience, but if the decision comes down to several candidates, an advanced vocational degree in IT or related training will be valued.
• A permanent learning mindset, ability to integrate into teams, potential for personal and professional growth, and flexibility in the face of change.

Requirements:

We are looking for morganians who are experts in design and have accredited training. A strong artistic and creative component is needed, along with excellent command of the technical tools required: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Animate, etc.

• Accredited studies in graphic design schools are essential.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in online sector companies, advertising agencies or similar.
• Adobe Suite (expert level).
• Creative, responsible, resourceful, committed person with a good predisposition to teamwork.

• You will carry out sales tasks: lead generation, contacting clients, sales meetings, proposal preparation, reporting to production, contract closing and account handling.
• You will begin training in procedures, techniques and methodology related to online marketing across different platforms.
• You will analyze strategies and make decisions based on the data obtained, seeking improvements.
• You will always work within a framework with clear instructions and a properly defined work plan.

Essential requirement:

• English: B2 level or higher. Applications without this requirement will not be considered.

Desired skills and knowledge:

• Essential knowledge of Google Analytics and Adwords.
• Basic notions of Wordpress, Prestashop, etc.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, etc.
• Graduates with minimum experience.
• Other traits: permanent learning attitude, ability to integrate into teams, potential for personal and professional growth, and flexibility in the face of change.
